The Faculty Board
The Faculty of Law's Board is the highest decision-making body of the Faculty of Law and the Department. The Board is leading the development of both research and education at Juridicum. Important duties include to get an overview of the requirements of the research and undergraduate education and to present plans for the effective use of resources as well as the development and improvement of the operation.

The Faculty Assembly
The members of the collegiate mostly consist of teachers or researchers with permanent employment at the university. The primary duty is to appoint the Dean, the Vice Dean and the other members of the Faculty Board. These decisions are made every third year. The collegiate also annually selects the Faculty's honorary doctorates.
