Lovisa Halje new Doctor of Law in Private Law

On 11 February 2022 Lovisa Halje successfully defended her thesis "Rättslig operationalisering av företags samhällsansvar: Särskilt om avtalsrätt, köprätt, konsumentköprätt, marknadsföringsrätt och aktiebolagsrätt" (Legal Operationalization of Corporate Social Responsibility. Specifically regarding Contract Law, Sales Law, Consumer Sales Law, Marketing Law and Company Law).
The defence took place at the University Building, Uppsala University, and via Zoom.
