Professor Katia Cejie new member of the Board for Advanced Tax Rulings

Katia Cejie
Katia Cejie, Professor of Fiscal Law at the Faculty of Law, has been appointed by the Government as a member of the Board for Advanced Tax Rulings, dept. for direct tax.
Upon application, the Board for Advanced Tax Rulings gives prior notice in tax law matters that may apply to both individuals and companies. The Board for Advanced Tax Rulings reports to the Ministry of Finance, and its office is part of the Swedish Tax Agency. The preliminary ruling can be appealed directly to the Supreme Administrative Court without any leave to appeal being required.
Katia Cejie is a regular member together with other tax experts from courts, authorities, business, and universities, one of whom is colleague Mattias Dahlberg, professor of Fiscal Law at the Faculty of Law, and member of the board since 2008.
The assignment runs from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025.
